Do you charge to come and give me a quote for my loft?

No, all our loft surveys are free of charge with no obligation to proceed.

Can you quote over the phone if I give measurements?

We can provide a ballpark estimate over the phone, but for an accurate price, we need to visit your location and assess it in person.

What about the contents of my loft?

We can usually work around a reasonable amount of contents, depending on the nature of the work being carried out. During the survey, we will discuss whether the loft needs to be emptied, partially emptied, or left as it is. If contents need to be removed, and you are unable to do it yourself, we can handle it for you, though this may incur additional costs.

Will there be any mess?

Upon arrival at your home, we place dust sheets throughout the working area, keeping the mess to an absolute minimum.

What happens if you put your foot through my ceiling?

We carry £5m of Public Liability insurance. While we are careful and professional, in the event of damage, we will replace or repair to your full satisfaction.

What if the job takes longer than quoted; will I have to pay extra?

No, the price quoted during the survey is the final price you pay.

What guarantee do you offer?

We provide a 12-month guarantee on all completed works, covering faulty workmanship and products.

How do I pay for my loft?

Payment is due upon completion and can be made through Cash, Cheque, or Bank Transfer.
